Tower Blast!
This policy explains the data practices of Tower Blast! by Chip Chill Games and the services integrated into the game.
Who we are
Chip Chill Games is the developer of Tower Blast! For privacy questions or requests, contact chipchillgames@gmail.com.
Data the game may process
Tower Blast! does not require an account. The game and its service providers may process the following categories of data when their related features are active:
- Game activity: session events, progression, scores, interactions, feature use, and gameplay performance.
- Device and app information: device model, operating system and version, app version, language, country or approximate region, and technical identifiers.
- Diagnostics: crash timestamps, stack traces, device condition, installation identifiers, and other information needed to reproduce and fix failures.
- Advertising data: advertising or app identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, consent choices, and signals used for ad delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.
The exact data available to a provider can vary by platform, device settings, region, consent choice, provider configuration, and whether the relevant feature is active.
Why data is used
We use the categories above to:
- operate the game and understand whether its systems work as intended;
- diagnose crashes, technical errors, and performance problems;
- measure feature use and improve game balance, clarity, and stability;
- serve, limit, and measure advertising where advertising is enabled;
- respect consent, privacy, and device-level advertising choices;
- protect the game and advertising systems against fraud and abuse.

Read the GameAnalytics privacy notice and developer privacy FAQ.
Consent and advertising choices
Where consent is required, the game will request it before the relevant processing. Available choices may include personalized or non-personalized advertising, analytics consent, and platform-level tracking permission. You can also use your device’s privacy and advertising controls. Some limited technical processing may still be necessary to deliver content, record a choice, maintain security, or prevent fraud.
Sharing and international processing
We share data only with service providers that perform the functions described above, when required by law, or when needed to protect users, the game, and our legal rights. These providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
Retention
We retain data only for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, legal obligations, security, or legitimate business records. Provider-side retention periods and deletion processes are described in the provider policies linked above and can vary by service and data category.
Children’s privacy
We do not ask players to submit a name, email address, or other direct profile information in Tower Blast! If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through the game or its services in a way that requires action, contact us so we can investigate and work with the relevant provider.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, or to complain to a data-protection authority. Send a request to chipchillgames@gmail.com and include enough detail for us to identify the relevant service and request without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Changes
We will update this permanent URL when the game’s configuration, providers, or legal obligations materially change. The “Last updated” date will show the latest revision.
